The Basque Beer

It's named after river Baias, which water is used for the brewing. Baias Garagardotegia's beers are home-made, alive beers that are left to ferment in the bottle without being filterd, so they may contain sediments. This proyect is being developed at our microbrewery located at a tradicional basque-style country house.
